MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • Packages are non-refundable. 
  • Packages may be shared with a family member. 
  • RMT Insurance receipts are issued only to the person receiving the treatment, not the package owner. 
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; late cancellations or missed appointments will count as one session used.

REFUND POLICY

  • Excluding the credit, the services received up to that point will be recalculated at the regular rate and refunded accordingly. 
  • Free care services will also be calculated at the regular rate and deducted accordingly. 
  • You are responsible for any fees incurred from credit card refunds.
  • It can be transferred to an acquaintance, and the validity period will remain unchanged.
